Mindful Cricket Tool
Defeat the Fear of Failure. Try a Fear Setting Exercise
Fear Setting is about facing your fears by specifically listing what you fear and what might happen as a consequence. It was created by Tim Ferriss, author of the Four Hour Work Week, and is a very popular tool with high performers from athletes to Wall Street traders and fighter pilots.
For example, if you fear being hit all over the field in the final over of a game, then you list the actual situation (final over, team on verge of win, you get hit for sixes or at least boundaries off every ball) and the consequences (crowd cheering, captain gets flustered, team loses, you feel like you lost the game).
